Edinburgh Executive Travel - Terms & Conditions
Edinburgh Executive Travel operates a strictly no smoking policy within all of our fleet. Should this
policy be ignored, the driver is authorized to terminate the hire agreement and a refund will not be
offered under any circumstances.
Only Edinburgh Executive Travel chauffeurs are insured to drive the vehicles, therefore no other person
is permitted under any circumstances to drive any vehicle.
Our chauffeurs shall observe the speed limits at all times.
Edinburgh Executive Travel cannot be held responsible or liable for any delays out with their control.
Edinburgh Executive Travel reserves the right to terminate any service to abusive or unruly passengers
without refund.
All charges must be paid in full before any hire commences unless otherwise stated.
All airport transfers allow for 30 minutes waiting time. There after a fee of £30 per hour shall apply.
In the event of a cancellation of a confirmed booking by the client or another third party either £100 or
50% of the agreed total cost payable to Edinburgh Executive Travel, whichever is greater. Bookings
cancelled within 3 days of the booking date will be liable for 100% of the agreed cost.
In the event of a breakdown, due to circumstances beyond our control, Edinburgh Executive Travel
reserves the right to substitute vehicles of the same quality.
Edinburgh Executive Travel cannot be held responsible or liable for any loss or damage to clients' or
passengers' property, however caused.
Edinburgh Executive Travel reserves the right to charge a minimum of £100 or the cost of repairing any
damage caused by clients or passengers to vehicles.
All wedding bookings require a 50% deposit which is non -refundable .
All cheques should be made payable to Edinburgh Executive Travel.
All invoices shall be paid within 14 days or a late payment fee of £20 applies.

Of course, data transmission over the internet is inherently insecure, and we cannot guarantee the
security of data sent over the internet.

You may instruct us to provide you with any personal information we hold about you. Provision of such
information may be subject to the payment of a fee (currently fixed at £10.00).
